1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of LukeAirTool, flyLAT, and related services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. User Obligations

• Users must keep their software (LukeAirTool or flyLAT) up to date. Using outdated versions may result in account suspension or deletion.
• Unauthorized access, modification, reverse engineering, or exploiting our services is strictly prohibited.
• Users must not engage in abusive behavior towards staff or other users. Violations may lead to temporary or permanent bans.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in:

• Cheating, exploiting, or modifying any aspect of the services.
• Malicious behavior that disrupts the integrity or security of our systems.
• Scalping files or tampering with data transmitted between the app and our servers.

4. Monitoring and Tracking

To maintain fairness and security:

• If cheating, exploiting, or malicious behavior is suspected, we reserve the right to monitor and track user activity on our systems.
• Data collected during monitoring may include device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage patterns.
• By using our services, you consent to this monitoring and tracking.

5. Account Suspension, Ban, and Deletion

• If your account is suspended or banned due to rule violations, no refund will be issued for your subscription.
• If an account remains locked for more than 90 days, we reserve the right to delete it permanently.
• If your account is deleted due to inactivity, all progress, data, and purchases will be lost.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• No refunds are provided for subscriptions after activation, including cases of account suspension or bans.
• Refunds for digital products are only available if the product has not been activated.
• In cases of accidental multiple purchases, refunds may be issued for duplicate purchases made under the same account.

7. Cheating Strike System

We operate a four-strike system for users violating our rules:

• Strike 1: Deduction of exploited resources (cash, reputation, etc.).
• Strike 2: Double deduction of exploited resources.
• Strike 3: Full account or company wipe.
• Strike 4: Permanent ban from all services.

8. Competition Rules

• Only one entry per user per competition is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• Screenshots must include your AirTool username and proof of account activity.
• Votes cast using alternative accounts are prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All services, software, and content provided by LukeAirTool and flyLAT are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution, decompiling, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

10. Cargo Overhaul Rules

• Public storages are open to all users and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Cheating or exploiting in the cargo overhaul system will result in penalties, including score resets or storage unit restrictions.
• flyLAT reserves the right to reset public storages or close down private factories and mines without prior notice.

11. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or through the platform.
